MEET YOUR COACH
Hi! I’m Emily — online fitness coach + lover of Board Sports!
I started surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding in my 30s, and I get how hard (and amazing) learning these sports can be.
“I want to improve my paddling” is something I hear a lot from women I work with and who too have taken up the Sport as an adult.
With this mini series I want to help YOU feel capable, confident, and strong in the water — no matter your age or ability.
BUT YOU’RE NOT JUST GETTING ONE COACH…
I recognise that for some fitness is just one piece of the puzzle. Learning about paddle technique and how to reduce your pre paddle nerves are just as important if you want to feel confident in the water, progress faster, and enjoy your surf sessions more. So I’ve joined forces with two other incredible coaches!
MEET DANNI:
Danni is a qualified Transpersonal Psychotherapist and Surf Confidence Coach. She discovered surfing in her 30s during a holiday in Portugal and was instantly hooked. Whilst working as a Surf Coach Danni began to notice a common thread: it’s not just the physical skill that holds us back in the surf, but what’s going on in our minds and emotions - and thus her business was born.

MEET MARTHA:
Martha is a Level 2 Surf Coach based in Cornwall, working for Newquay Women’s Surf Club. She took up surfing during lock down whilst living in Bournemouth and it quickly became a huge passion of hers. So much so she decided to pivot her career and become a surf instructor, helping others with their surfing journey!
