We’ll work together to create a program focused on achieving your goals. Whether that’s to move better or move more, feel stronger and more capable, get ready for your surf retreat or prep your body for your snowboarding holiday. It’s personal to you.

We’ll have regular check ins to keep track as well as contact via whatsapp for those last minute questions, motivation boosters and to share successes.

How It Works…

Fill out the form below and I’ll be in touch to book you in for a free 30 minute call. This will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other a bit better, understand what you’re looking to achieve and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

We’ll kick off our journey together with an in depth 1 hour consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle and do some movement screenings. From here I’ll write a tailored programme geared towards your needs and wants. Get excited, this is where the fun begins!

You’ll dive in to your training plan with a full explanation of the workout sessions and access to video links of the exercises to help with understanding. You’ll track your sessions with options to make notes/ask questions/leave feedback all of which I’ll follow up on.

We’ll have weekly check in calls to chat about progress and keep you accountable. At the start of each month we’ll have a longer one hour session where we can review the previous month and delve into the next training block. I’ll be on hand via whatsapp to support and guide you throughout.

*Monthly online coaching includes: 1 hour Initial consultation, 1 hour In depth review per month from month two onwards. 1x30 minute video check in per week. Tailored, progressive monthly programmes. Support via whatsapp during normal business hours.

We have Beaches, We have beautiful Parks, We have access to my little home studio!

Pick your spot and come workout with me. It’s an opportunity to learn, to check form, to work hard and be kept accountable through your training! We’ll always run through a consultation first so I can really get to know you and what you’re looking to achieve. Book in for one session or choose a block booking option. More info below.

  • We’ll always start off with a consultation to discuss your goals, current training, lifestyle and look at movement screenings. This will take 1 hour and be £40

  • Book a single PT session for £40. Small Group PT sessions available too. Bring a friend and share the cost.

  • Like to see me on a more regular basis? Book 4 sessions for £140 or 8 sessions for £240. This will include a bespoke training plan.
